They are licensed in the most regulated gambling country in Australia and have the backing of the worlds largest franchise meaning your funds are safe. Payouts are reasonably fast. The only negative is that the Sportingbet franchises will collar successful professional bettors. They have an excellent $100 freeplay on deposits of as little as $30.
